cerco la ricetta per le castagnole (le mangiavo a treviso) ma quelle sode,compatte, non morbide....
quelle piccoline...
qui fatte non le trovo e le ricette che ho sono tutte simili alle frittelle,troppo morbide.

a me piacciono grandi e morbide, quelle sode non vanno giù!
